• Siesta is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser and gives no financial advice.
• Paper trading is simulated. Simulated results do not predict real results.
• Live mode is non-custodial: Siesta builds unsigned transactions; you review and sign each one in your own wallet. You are responsible for every transaction you sign.
• A platform fee (shown before you sign, as a separate line) may apply to live trades. Network fees are paid to Solana validators.
• Access is invite-only and can be revoked. Don't use Siesta where it is unlawful for you to do so.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, Siesta's operators are not liable for losses, including from bugs, outages, price moves, rugs, slippage, or third-party services (Phantom, Jupiter, PumpPortal, MoonPay, RPC providers).
