Privacy Policy (DRAFT)

Draft for legal review. Not final.

• If you give it, we store your email and name, whether you confirmed the email, and whether you opted in to marketing emails (off unless you tick the box). Only the operator can see it. If mailing-list sync is switched on, opted-in contacts are stored with our email provider (Resend).
• We store your public wallet address, your Siesta settings, watchlist, follows, copy setups and paper trades, sign-in times and IP address (for security and rate limiting).
• We never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases. We never see card details; card payments happen inside MoonPay's own widget under MoonPay's privacy policy.
• Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in. No ad trackers.
• Ask the operator to delete your account data at any time: email support@siesta-co.io or use Settings → Contact. Contact-form messages (name, email, topic, message) are stored for the operator only and delivered to that address through Resend.
